Booking Policy
To keep cancellations and stress to a minimum, a 50% deposit of the estimated charge is required in advance to secure a booking. If a deposit is not received in a timely manner, your booking could go to someone else.
Cancellation Policy
Recording Studio's operate by reserving time to recording artists and musicians. In order to reserve time at TubeFi Studio's, you must pay a 50% deposit in advance of the session, to show that you are serious and that you will show up for the session in a timely manner. If it becomes necessary to cancel a session, and if notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session, the deposit can be used towards rescheduling a new session. THERE WILL BE NO CASH REFUNDS. No shows and cancellations within the 48 hour time frame will result in a loss of the deposit.
Unpaid Balances
Any unpaid balance of charges are subject to 1.5% per month late fee
H o u s e R u l e s
No recordings (masters, board mixes, etc.) will be released to the band until payment is received in full.
Absolutely no drugs or alcohol on the premises. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Guests other than band members should be limited to support staff.
You may leave your equipment here during recording, at your own risk.
No smoking inside the building, we have a covered area for smokers.
